To Use This Calculator:
Search for the ingredient you wish to convert, optionally select a food category to narrow your search. Find the item in the list and click it to select. Enter the quantity to convert from, and select the measure, then select the measure to convert to and click GO. The conversion amount will show above the food entry box. The nutrition info will also be displayed.

Step 1: Enter a food (i.e. syrup, corn, tortilla) then click Find or press Enter.

(conversion amount must be in decimals. Example: 1 1/8 = 1.125)
